We have a short-term rate that covers from one to ninety days.
We assess a one time handling fee that covers delivery, set-up and pick-up at the end of the lease.
We prefer to bill your credit card automatically every month that you have the furniture. If that is not convenient, we will invoice you at the beginning of the month.
Do you require a security deposit?
Yes we require a security deposit equal to one month's rent.
How much notice do you need to set-up furniture delivery?
We can normally deliver within two to three business days - if you require faster set-up, give us a call.
How much notice do you need to do a pick-up of my furniture?
We need 30 days notice to pick-up your rental furniture
Do I need to visit a showroom in order to rent furniture?
No we can setup your rental on the phone. But you are always welcome to come in and pick out your furniture.
